The Challenge

Provide a 100% digital experience on the purchase and managements of Broadband + Mobile bundles

My primary responsibility was to create a 100% digital experience that enabled users to effortlessly purchase, manage, and cancel broadband and mobile services directly from their phones.
The main design challenge was crafting a navigation architecture that ensured a fast, seamless journey for digital nomads and young users while keeping a distinct identity from the parent brand. By focusing on an intuitive, user-centered flow, I aimed to deliver a fluid experience that aligned with the target audience’s fast-paced, digital-first lifestyle.

The high level goals were to:

  • Make the subscription process easy and fast

  • Allow the user to track everything, manage, upgrade or cancel via app within seconds

  • Simplify and centralize all the payment methods and invoices

  • Give the clients a direct contact for support with 24/7 availability
