The Challenge
Provide a 100% digital experience on the purchase and managements of Broadband + Mobile bundles
My primary responsibility was to create a 100% digital experience that enabled users to effortlessly purchase, manage, and cancel broadband and mobile services directly from their phones.
The main design challenge was crafting a navigation architecture that ensured a fast, seamless journey for digital nomads and young users while keeping a distinct identity from the parent brand. By focusing on an intuitive, user-centered flow, I aimed to deliver a fluid experience that aligned with the target audience’s fast-paced, digital-first lifestyle.
The high level goals were to:
Make the subscription process easy and fast
Allow the user to track everything, manage, upgrade or cancel via app within seconds
Simplify and centralize all the payment methods and invoices
Give the clients a direct contact for support with 24/7 availability
